The President of the Board of Voice Contact Center from the OEX Group was distinguished with the title Call Center Ambassador in the Manager category. The prize is awarded to persons who actively work to develop the call center industry in Poland.
Konrad Rochalski manages the BPO segment in the OEX Group. He has held the position of the President of the Board of Voice Contact Center since 2014. At the same time, he has served as the president of the ArchiDoc company. He is the author of many expert publications in the area of business services, including contact center, and gives presentations at various industry events.
In 2018, Konrad Rochalski was ranked twice among the most important persons in the contact center industry – according to Gazeta Finansowa and ccnews.pl.
The aim of the Call Center Ambassador contest is to support the building of the image of the contact center industry in the media. The prize is awarded in two categories: company and manager.
