Voice Contact Center, a member of OEX Group, increased a number of workstations by 25% in Lublin branch. Currently, the company has 600 operating workstations in three localisations and it is one of the largest contact centers in Poland, specialising in the comprehensive support of the customer service processes.
“Affidea Patient Comprehensive Service Centre” Project, implemented by Voice Contact Center in cooperation with the international network of diagnostic centers “Affidea”, was awarded in the prestigious competition “Golden Receiver”, organized by the Direct Marketing Association. The companies were awarded in the following category: “Marketing Campaigns – Communication with a Customer”.

Voice Contact Center has welcomed another client – Circle K Polska Sp. z o.o., which runs Statoil Fuel Station Network. As part of the contract, Voice Contact Center is responsible for the telephone and Internet contact channel for business and individual customers and Statoil Extra loyalty program users.

The Voice Contact Center company launched a helpline for Ardor - the organizer of the first auction of antique cars in Poland. As part of the project, Voice Contact Center consultants are responsible for the registration of sellers and auction participants, as well as for the telephone bidding service.
